Working at Ladybird
Cabin appearance agent, bio-cleaning agent, exterior detailing agent, station supervisor: our jobs take place on the ramp and in the hangar, at Paris Charles de Gaulle, Paris Orly and Nice Côte d'Azur airports. They call for rigour, team spirit and pride in a job well done, in an aviation environment where safety and security come before everything else.
No airport experience is required to apply: Ladybird trains its new agents on its technical protocols, on movement rules inside the restricted area and on its customers' security standards. Our rosters cover a 24/7 service, with full-time and part-time positions as well as seasonal contracts suited to students.

Frequently asked questions
What are the requirements to apply?
Being of legal age, holding a criminal record compatible with an airport restricted-area badge, and being able to reach the site at shift start times. A driving licence is a plus for some ramp positions.
Do I need airport experience?
No. Ladybird constantly recruits and trains new agents. Training on technical protocols, cabin hygiene and security rules is delivered in-house from day one.
Do you offer student jobs?
Yes. Part-time, weekend and school-holiday contracts are regularly offered across our three sites, depending on activity peaks.
What are the working hours?
Our services are coordinated by the Ladybird OCC, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Rosters include morning, afternoon and night shifts, communicated in advance.
How does the hiring process work?
Once your application is received, an interview is arranged with the manager of the relevant site. The airport badge file is then prepared, followed by induction training before you start.
Which airports are you hiring for?
Paris Charles de Gaulle, Paris Orly and Nice Côte d'Azur. You choose the site you are applying for directly in the application form.
